By downloading, installing, or using AdMaker Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
AdMaker Pro is a mobile application that allows users to create professional advertisements for social media platforms. The App provides tools for designing, editing, and exporting ad content.
User Accounts & Subscriptions
- Free Tier: Limited access with up to 5 ads per month and 3 exports per day.
- Pro Subscription: Unlimited access to all features, templates, and exports. Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's account settings or the payment platform used.
User Content
- You retain all rights to the content you create using the App.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use any images, logos, or media you import into the App.
- We do not claim ownership of any ads or designs you create.
- All content is stored locally on your device.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Create content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights
- Distribute malware or harmful code
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, templates, icons, and branding, is the intellectual property of AdMaker Pro. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or its components without written permission.
Templates & Assets
Templates provided within the App are licensed for use in creating advertisements. You may use the output (exported ads) for commercial purposes. You may not redistribute the templates themselves.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdMaker Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Refund Policy
Refunds for subscriptions are handled by the respective platform (Apple, Google, or Stripe) according to their refund policies.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.

وصف الخدمة
AdMaker Pro هو تطبيق جوال يتيح للمستخدمين إنشاء إعلانات احترافية لمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي. يوفر التطبيق أدوات لتصميم وتعديل وتصدير محتوى الإعلانات.
الحسابات والاشتراكات
- الباقة المجانية: وصول محدود بحد أقصى 5 إعلانات شهرياً و3 تصديرات يومياً.
- اشتراك برو: وصول غير محدود لجميع الميزات والقوالب والتصديرات. تُدار الاشتراكات عبر App Store أو Google Play أو Stripe.
- تتجدد الاشتراكات تلقائياً ما لم يتم إلغاؤها قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من نهاية فترة الفوترة الحالية.
- يمكنك إدارة أو إلغاء الاشتراكات من إعدادات حسابك على جهازك أو منصة الدفع المستخدمة.
محتوى المستخدم
- تحتفظ بجميع حقوق المحتوى الذي تنشئه باستخدام التطبيق.
- أنت مسؤول عن التأكد من امتلاكك حقوق استخدام أي صور أو شعارات أو وسائط تستوردها إلى التطبيق.
- لا ندّعي ملكية أي إعلانات أو تصاميم تنشئها.
- جميع المحتوى مخزن محلياً على جهازك.
الاستخدام المقبول
توافق على عدم استخدام التطبيق لـ:
- إنشاء محتوى غير قانوني أو ضار أو ينتهك حقوق الغير
- توزيع برمجيات خبيثة أو أكواد ضارة
- الهندسة العكسية أو تفكيك التطبيق
- استخدام التطبيق لأي أغراض احتيالية أو مضللة
الملكية الفكرية
التطبيق بما في ذلك تصميمه وكوده وقوالبه وأيقوناته وعلامته التجارية هو ملكية فكرية لـ AdMaker Pro. لا يجوز لك نسخ أو تعديل أو توزيع التطبيق أو مكوناته بدون إذن كتابي.
القوالب والأصول
القوالب المتوفرة داخل التطبيق مرخصة للاستخدام في إنشاء الإعلانات. يمكنك استخدام المخرجات (الإعلانات المصدّرة) لأغراض تجارية. لا يجوز إعادة توزيع القوالب نفسها.
إخلاء المسؤولية
يُقدّم التطبيق "كما هو" بدون أي ضمانات من أي نوع. لا نضمن أن التطبيق سيكون خالياً من الأخطاء أو متاحاً دون انقطاع أو سيلبي متطلباتك المحددة.
حدود المسؤولية
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لن يكون AdMaker Pro مسؤولاً عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية ناشئة عن استخدامك للتطبيق.
سياسة الاسترداد
يتم التعامل مع استرداد الاشتراكات من قبل المنصة المعنية (Apple أو Google أو Stripe) وفقاً لسياسات الاسترداد الخاصة بها.
التغييرات على الشروط
نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. استمرار استخدام التطبيق بعد التغييرات يعني قبول الشروط المحدّثة.
القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين المعمول بها. يتم حل أي نزاعات من خلال القنوات القانونية المناسبة.
